Hand Dyed Fabric is available in all the colors that are produced by combining three primary
colors. See the examples below using:
"Brights" - Fuchsia, Bright Yellow, and Turquoise (based on Ives Colour Wheel)
"Primary" - Red, Royal, Bright Yellow (based on Prang Colour Wheel)
"Fall" - Red, Navy, Golden Yellow
"Shades" - Black added to any of the above.
Regular Fabric is $16.00 per meter (lighter weight - very nice for appliqué, paperpiecing and OK
for machine piecing)
$4.00 per quarter of a meter (Fat Quarter approx. 20-1/2 X 19-3/4"; Long Quarter 41 X 10")
or priced in groups as indicated below.
Kona Fabric is $20.00 per meter (better quality weight - very nice weight for machine piecing but
a little heavy for hand appliqué)
$5.00 per quarter of a meter (Fat Quarter approx 21 X 19-3/4"; Long Quarter 42 X 10")
Pimatex Fabric is $24.00 per meter (best quality - great for everything!)
$6.00 per quarter of a meter

We can dye a Colour Wheel of 12 (or 24) beginning with one of each of the following groups:
Red or Fuchsia
Royal, Turquoise or Navy
Bright Yellow or Golden Yellow
We can do pure colours, shades, pastels or tones of any of the colourwheels.
We can do Colour Runs between any of the above two colours.
We can do gradations of any one colour from 2 values up to 8 values.

Our 100% cotton fabric is hand dyed.
> Dyes are MX Procion permanent dyes. We make every effort to insure that all loose dye particles are rinsed out;
however, we recommend washing with like colours in cold water using dyers soap or a gentle soap (see our page on
dyes and chemicals to purchase)
> When combining commercially dyed fabrics and hand-dyed fabrics in a project, we recommend pre-washing the
commercial fabric. Our hand-dyes will not shrink; however commercially dyed fabrics probably will. Commercial fabrics
will also contain sizing.
